We're all in agreement around here... this Salvo cottage is adorable in every way, simply "stupid cute," and we absolutely love it! All the necessary upgrades have been done without losing the nostalgic charm of the old knotty pine interior. It's on a big lot, only two back from the ocean which is graced with wide open pristine beaches. This four bed, two bath home is not in a rental program and has been lovingly cared for by its owner. New luxury vinyl tile floors have been laid in the main living area and the kitchen is brand new (cabinets, quartz counter tops and all stainless steel appliances). The two HVAC units were replaced in 2020 and two new Nest thermostats installed, as was the hot water heater. The entire main level has been painted, except of course the gleaming knotty pine walls retained in the foyer and main living area. Window coverings, as well as lots of furniture and decor have all been upgraded and a new security system (Jteck brand keyless entry-WIFI enabled) installed. All the bed mattresses are brand new (one of them upstairs is a California King) and a new driveway has been dug out and filled. We predict you're going to fall in love with this one, too.
